Torys is seeking a tax associate with two to five years of relevant experience for its U.S. tax group in New York. The practice advises institutional clients on significant U.S. and cross-border corporate transactions and business operations, working with M&A, securities, real estate, competition and foreign investment lawyers. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in a U.S. law firm tax practice, broad U.S. and cross-border transaction experience, strong research, writing, interpersonal and drafting skills, and must be in good standing with the New York Bar.
