Torys' Legal Services Centre in Halifax is seeking a Litigation Review Associate for its eDiscovery services group. Responsibilities include electronic evidence review in complex litigation and investigations using Relativity, quality-checking document review decisions, liaising with litigators, analyzing data, collaborating on review workflows, supporting outsourced reviews and developing eDiscovery best practices. This is a non-partnership-track long-term role without marketing or client development requirements. Candidates should have at least two years of post-call litigation experience, eDiscovery software experience, strong analytical, drafting, organizational and communication skills, and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario or Nova Scotia Barristers' Society. The role offers a hybrid four-day in-office arrangement.
