Torys is seeking an associate with three to five years of commercial litigation experience for its Montreal litigation group. The role focuses on major class actions, complex commercial litigation, investigations and regulatory disputes, with opportunities to work on national mandates across offices. Candidates should have experience managing matters, advising clients, drafting legal documents and appearing before courts, along with strong writing, communication, organizational and technological skills. Candidates must be members in good standing with the Quebec Bar. Ontario Bar membership or a common law degree is an asset.
