The role involves advising clients across industries on recruitment, hiring practices, human rights, discipline, terminations, compensation disputes, restrictive covenants and employment legislation, as well as supporting conflict resolution strategies and related documentation. Candidates should have three to six years of employment and labour experience, excellent academic credentials, strong judgment, communication and interpersonal skills, and membership in good standing with the Quebec Bar. Ontario Bar membership is an asset.
