The role involves commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, joint ventures, secured financings, real estate aspects of M&A, public financings, renewable energy projects and project financings. Candidates should have five to seven years of experience at a major Canadian law firm or real estate boutique, strong analytical, communication and drafting skills, a strong client service orientation, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
