Torys is seeking a senior real estate associate for its dynamic, fast-paced Toronto practice. The role requires five to seven years of experience in a commercial real estate group at a full-service Canadian law firm or real estate boutique. Experience should include real property acquisitions and dispositions, development, joint ventures, secured financing, real estate aspects of M&A, public debt and equity financings, renewable energy projects and project financings. Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills, client service, work ethic, judgment, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities are required.
