Torys' Vancouver office is seeking senior litigation associates for its top-ranked Litigation Practice. The role focuses on commercial and public law disputes, including product liability, mass tort and class action cases. Candidates should have five to seven years of experience at a large Canadian or international law firm or respected litigation boutique, with hands-on experience managing files, advising clients, drafting legal opinions, pleadings and outlines, and appearing in court. Strong writing, client service, communication, organization, initiative, collaboration, adaptability and deadline management skills are required. Applicants must be members in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia or another Canadian law society.
