Torys is seeking a senior litigation paralegal to primarily support the Montreal office and occasionally the Toronto office. The role includes preparing and filing court documents, coordinating hearings and examinations, preparing legal correspondence and litigation documents, conducting legal research, supporting hearings and client meetings, managing files and deadlines, and filing with official registries. Candidates should have a college diploma in legal techniques or equivalent qualification, eight to ten years of paralegal experience, strong knowledge of litigation procedures, excellent organizational and communication skills, and fluency in French and English.
