Torys is seeking a mid-level to senior associate for its leading M&A practice in Toronto, serving public and private corporations, investment funds, entrepreneurial companies and government agencies. The role involves complex and engaging transactions, significant responsibility and leadership on transaction teams, and collaboration with practice specialists. Candidates should have five to seven years of corporate transactional experience with significant public and private M&A experience, excellent communication, interpersonal, judgment and drafting skills, and the ability to manage multiple work streams. Applicants must be members in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
