Torys is seeking a mid-level associate for its private equity fund formation and fund investment practice in Toronto. The group advises fund sponsors and institutional investors on structuring, negotiating and investing in private equity, venture capital and infrastructure funds and co-investment transactions, as well as fund formation and segregated accounts. Candidates should have three to five years of experience in private equity fund formations or investments, or strong corporate and M&A experience with a willingness to learn, and must be in good standing with or willing to be admitted to the Law Society of Ontario.
