Torys is seeking a mid-level associate for its private equity fund formation and fund investment practice in New York. The role advises fund sponsors and institutional investors on private equity, venture capital and infrastructure funds, co-investment transactions, fund formation, segregated accounts and sole mandates. Candidates should have at least four years of experience in private equity fund formations or investments at a major U.S. or international law firm, be comfortable collaborating across a large firm, and be in good standing with or willing to be admitted to the New York Bar.
