Operate a USCG-inspected small passenger vessel between the San Francisco Waterfront, Alcatraz Island and adjacent routes, ensuring crew and passenger safety and respect for the environment. Lead, manage, supervise and train crew, conduct emergency drills and safety meetings, maintain vessel records, oversee workplace cleanliness and safety, comply with USCG and National Park Service requirements, and provide exceptional customer service. Requirements include a USCG Inland Masters 100 ton or equivalent license, FCC Marine Radio License, current California driver's license with satisfactory driving record, two years of boat handling, and availability for assigned shifts including holidays and weekends. Shifts are 8 hours and may start as early as 4:30 am or end as late as 10:45 pm.
