Coordinate and manage engineering shifts, supervise engineering managers, oversee special projects and yard periods, manage vendors, staffing, inventory, maintenance schedules and compliance reporting, provide mentorship, perform quality assurance, support emergencies, maintain vessels and facilities, manage repairs and inspections, prepare technical reports and schedules, and ensure compliance with USCG, National Park Service and safety standards. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days, a relocation package, company-paid benefits with $0 employee-paid premiums, a 401k match and 11 paid holidays.
