Full-time teacher role based at TCW South School, delivering Maths to students aged KS1 to KS5 on a one-to-one or small-group basis. The role includes supervising offsite teachers, overseeing student progress, supporting the Maths Lead with training, moderation and curriculum development, planning and delivering creative lessons, managing assessments and qualifications, providing pastoral care, supporting safeguarding, and working with students with SEN, medical needs or behavioural needs. Applicants should have an honours degree or equivalent professional qualification, or relevant professional experience working with young people in an educational setting. Essential requirements include the ability to teach Maths, English and Science to foundation GCSE level, experience delivering high-quality lessons, knowledge of current curricula, safeguarding and different teaching practices, strong organisational, planning, communication and administration skills, and good IT knowledge. Qualified Teacher Status, relevant A-levels, creative environment experience and charity experience are desirable. The post is subject to an enhanced DBS check. Salary from £30,900 FTE per annum.
