Support and manage BreastScreen Victoria's data centre infrastructure, virtualised environment, Windows networking, operating systems and related systems. Responsibilities include administering Microsoft 365, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft Operations Manager; providing level 3 IT service desk support; supporting servers, virtual environments, VMware, Active Directory and associated Windows services; maintaining backups, storage, security and disaster recovery processes; monitoring system availability; escalating faults; documenting updates and upgrades; and contributing to improved IT services. The role requires a tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field, solid experience in data centre management, Windows networking, the VMware suite, Microsoft 365 and backup systems, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, strong written skills, a current Victorian driver's licence and the ability to travel to BreastScreen sites.
