Support people with mental health challenges, particularly those over 50, to identify employment and wellbeing goals, agree actions and access opportunities and resources in the local community. The role uses lived experience of mental health, a strength based and client led approach, creative problem solving and strong communication skills. Applicants from all experience levels and backgrounds are welcome, although peer support training is preferred. The role is based in the Bethnal Green office and the community, with the option to work from home one day a week.
