Working Well Trust is seeking an IAG Worker in Enfield to provide focused, time-limited information, advice and guidance to people struggling with their mental health, including those in employment or economically inactive. The role involves managing a diverse caseload, creating and reviewing action plans, tracking progress towards employment goals, supporting access to training, education, volunteering and employment support, making referrals, working with clinical and community referral partners, and providing support to help clients return to work, remain in work or find new employment. Duties also include reporting against KPIs, maintaining accurate CRM records, promoting the service, delivering presentations and training, advocating with employers, negotiating workplace adjustments and return to work strategies, and providing ongoing employment support. Candidates should have an IAG qualification, negotiation and mentoring skills, good writing, organisational and IT skills, knowledge of community and mental health services, experience supporting disadvantaged clients and employment support experience. The role requires the ability to manage a complex and changing caseload, work independently and as part of a team, build rapport, meet performance targets, attend community appointments across Enfield and work occasional evenings when necessary. Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, with core hours to be agreed. Salary is £32,600 per year and the start date is by negotiation.
