The class includes a spritz on arrival, a hands-on pasta making session, lunch featuring the pasta you make, recipe cards to take home, and a Fabbrica at Home fresh pasta pack. Classes accommodate up to 10 people.

Father's Day at Palazzo Salato

Palazzo Salato is opening for a one-off Sunday for Father's Day, welcoming dads, the dad-adjacent and anyone wanting a long lunch. The a la carte menu will be joined by special dishes including Eastern rock lobster with mandilli di seta, 'nduja butter and bisque, available to pre-order with a reservation, plus Porchetta Romana with butter beans and cavolo nero. Exceptional bottles will also be offered by the glass, including bold reds and buttery whites.
