Credit or debit card details are required to guarantee all reservations. Full pre-payment is required for all special offers, set menus and reservations with a minimum spend. Reservations have a 15-minute grace period. For groups of 12 or less, cancellations or reductions must be made at least 12 hours before the reservation time. For groups of 13 to 29, at least 72 hours' notice is required. Late cancellations, reservation changes outside the applicable notice period and no-shows may incur a fee of up to $50 per person charged to the card provided. Crown may contact guests to confirm reservations and reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed reservations.
