Own and optimize the Workday US Payroll ecosystem for approximately 10,000 or more U.S. employees. Serve as the primary product owner from requirements through deployment, maintain the payroll roadmap, monitor Workday releases, partner with Payroll Operations, Time and Attendance, and Absence Management, oversee integrations with Workday HCM, Benefits, Darwin Mercer, tax providers, and financial systems, lead testing and deployment of payroll configuration changes, and ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws, SOX, and data privacy requirements. A bachelor's degree, 5 or more years of Workday Payroll experience with product ownership or leadership responsibilities, strong knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations and operations, integration experience, and excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills are required. The role offers remote, hybrid, or onsite arrangements, benefits, professional development, and a pay range of $75 to $85 per hour.
