Assist clients with U.S. federal, state, and local income tax compliance requirements. Prepare corporate local, state, and federal income tax returns, book to tax adjustments, tax package questionnaires, compliance research, calculations, and estimated payments. Support the tax department during compliance season and lead data, technology, process, and best practice improvements. Requires 10 or more years of relevant tax experience, including preparing or reviewing corporate income tax returns, a U.S. federal or state and local tax background, the ability to research and analyze assigned U.S. tax issues with minimal supervision, and the ability to work with finance, legal, operations, and other corporate groups. A bachelor's degree in accounting is required. A master's degree and CPA are preferred. Advanced tax provision, tax compliance, federal tax, and state and local tax skills are required. Significant CorpTax or OneSource experience and strong Excel skills are preferred.
