Support the month-end close process by maintaining the general ledger and sub-ledgers, reviewing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, and analyzing account variances. Communicate with business partners to resolve outstanding issues, ensure accounting treatment complies with US GAAP, support monthly and quarterly reporting, review policies and procedures for SOX compliance, and help implement process improvements and system enhancements. A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required. A master's degree, CPA, CMA, CIA, or CFE is preferred. The role requires 0-5+ years of related experience, knowledge of US GAAP, experience with large ERP systems, strong MS Office and MS Excel skills, and excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, time management, client service, and project delivery skills.
