Project-based Controller Consultant role in Dallas, Texas, with hybrid work up to three days onsite. Assist clients with challenging projects and deliver effective financial processes and controls. Work with Finance Directors and business leaders to support financial objectives and business strategy, manage month-end accounting close in accordance with US GAAP, analyze financial data, maintain a control environment, and lead change through coaching, training, and clear objectives. A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is required, with a master's degree and CPA, CMA, CFE, or CIA preferred. Requires 10-plus years of experience in public accounting, related consulting, or industry, strong GAAP knowledge, experience with general ledger accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, financial statements, variance analysis, large ERP systems, and advanced technical skills. Excellent communication and facilitation skills are also required.
