Serve food and beverages, provide exceptional hospitality, greet and seat guests, take orders using the point-of-sale system, maintain dining areas and service stations, collect payments, and provide information about menus, entertainment, cruise routes, and points of interest. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service and organizational skills, the ability to stand for extended periods and lift furniture and other heavy items, computer skills including Microsoft Office, and availability to work nights, weekends, and major holidays. One year of high-volume restaurant experience is preferred.
