Operate a USCG-inspected small passenger vessel between the San Francisco Waterfront, Alcatraz Island, and adjacent routes while ensuring crew and passenger safety and respecting the environment. The Captain leads, manages, supervises, and trains crew, conducts emergency drills and safety meetings, maintains vessel records, oversees vessel cleanliness and operations, and ensures compliance with USCG, National Park Service, and company requirements. Requirements include a USCG Inland Masters 100-ton license or equivalent FCC Marine Radio License, a current California driver's license and satisfactory driving record, two years of boat handling experience, and availability for assigned schedules including holidays and weekends. Shifts are 8 hours and may start as early as 4:30 am or end as late as 10:45 pm.
