Join the San Francisco office as a senior litigation associate supporting sophisticated commercial litigation, regulatory enforcement matters, and public law challenges for a diverse nationwide client base. Responsibilities include managing cases and litigation components with increasing independence, drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, and substantive briefs, conducting and overseeing discovery and motion practice, participating in depositions, hearings, mediations, and client strategy sessions, developing legal analysis, communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and regulators, and owning key workstreams. Qualifications include 6+ years of litigation experience in state and/or federal court, experience drafting dispositive motions and managing discovery, strong research, writing, analytical, organizational, and professional judgment skills, and active California Bar membership or the ability to obtain admission promptly.
