Provide employment litigation and counseling for employers and employees, handle plaintiff and defense-side work across complex, high-stakes matters, address discrimination, wage and hour, executive disputes, and trade secrets, advise on compliance, investigations, and strategic personnel decisions, represent clients in court, arbitration, and agency proceedings, and collaborate closely with experienced partners on lean teams. Six or more years of litigation experience and employment law experience are required, along with strong writing, research, and analytical skills, knowledge of California employment law and civil procedure, and California Bar admission or the ability to obtain it.
