Handle plaintiff and defense-side employment litigation and counseling, including high-stakes disputes involving discrimination, wage and hour, and executive matters. Advise employers and employees on compliance, risk, and personnel decisions. Represent clients in court, arbitration, and agency proceedings. Collaborate closely with experienced partners on lean teams. Draft motions, manage discovery, and lead case strategy. Requires 6+ years of litigation experience, employment law experience, strong writing, research, and analytical skills, knowledge of California employment law, and California Bar admission or the ability to obtain it.
