Join the IPS Team in Enfield, supporting a caseload of clients with mental health support needs to secure sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences. The role involves delivering the IPS approach, providing person-centred support and guidance, building relationships with local employers, supporting the Enfield IPS Team Lead, providing cover during leave and taking on some line management responsibilities. You will work closely with clinical teams, the DWP and local agencies, while working to targets and maintaining a high-quality, client-led service. The role is 35 hours per week, based onsite or in the community four days per week and from home one day. Experience of line management is not essential, but experience supporting clients in line with IPS is valued. The role requires a desire to support people to achieve their employment goals, effective multitasking and workload management, good organisational skills, an interest in mental health and the confidence to approach and engage employers.
