The Senior Financial Analyst will manage accounts receivable activities, oversee billing, ensure timely collections, and maintain financial relationships with clients and partners. Responsibilities include client billing and invoicing, managing the full accounts receivable cycle, payment collection, account reconciliation, financial reporting and analysis, process improvement, compliance and documentation, and support for monthly, quarterly and year-end closing. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field, 7+ years of relevant accounts receivable experience, 4+ years of prior public accounting experience, strong IFRS and consolidation experience, excellent communication skills, a strong process and control focus, full accounting cycle experience, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail. CPA, ACCA or CA certification, NetSuite experience and experience with multinational companies are advantageous. The role is global and remote, with SMART performance goals covering invoicing efficiency, billing accuracy, overdue balance reduction and management reporting.
