Design, develop and maintain high-performance backend systems, contribute to architecture, improve system efficiency and ensure seamless integrations. Responsibilities include implementing secure and scalable backend components, maintaining coding standards, writing clean and documented code, monitoring performance, resolving issues, preparing technical documentation, mentoring junior developers and collaborating across teams. The role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, AI experience including prompt development, at least 3 years of enterprise-level experience with low-code or internal application development platforms, strong Kotlin and Java/Spring skills, database and CI/CD experience, knowledge of Agile and SDLC practices, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent practical experience is required. Experience with HR or payroll software is desirable. This is a permanent, global remote position.
