Lead the design and delivery of commercial and industrial projects, collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams across all project phases, and produce and oversee detailed technical documentation using Revit. Contribute to office development, culture, and processes, and support and mentor junior staff as the team grows. The role requires licensure or proximity to licensure, 8+ years of experience, experience delivering commercial, industrial, or complex interiors projects, strong construction documentation and technical detailing knowledge, excellent Revit skills, BIM experience, and confidence in client-facing settings.
