The Crowd are partnering with a boutique architecture practice in Brooklyn delivering design-led residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and commercial projects. The role involves managing multiple projects across design and technical delivery stages, with a focus on multi-family developments. Responsibilities include project coordination, technical drafting, construction administration, technical delivery, project documentation, consultant coordination, and mentoring junior design team members. Applicants should have a Bachelor of Architecture, approximately 8 or more years of architecture and project management experience with a focus on multi-family or residential projects in New York City, knowledge of New York codes and regulations, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling software. Strong communication, problem-solving, coordination, and multitasking skills are required.
