Lead a flagship public sector project as Principal in Charge and senior client lead, establish and grow the regional office, build and mentor a high-performing local team, and oversee project delivery including budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction management. Build client relationships, support business growth across South Carolina and the wider region, advise ownership groups and key stakeholders, and help shape the long-term strategy and culture of the regional business. Applicants should have 15+ years of experience in architecture, construction, or the wider AEC industry, a strong architectural background, experience leading large complex projects, leadership skills, and commercial confidence. An RA license is preferred but not essential.
