The Crowd are exclusively partnered with a large global design practice seeking a commercially astute Head of Marketing and Strategy to join its London team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Managing Partner and working with the international marketing team, the role will shape the practice's direction, positioning, and commercial strategy in the UK. Responsibilities include leading new business initiatives, developing client relationships, representing the practice at industry events, overseeing proposals and pursuit strategies, managing and mentoring the marketing team, driving market intelligence, contributing to business planning, supporting strategic client engagement, and strengthening market presence and brand visibility. Candidates should have significant business development and marketing strategy experience in architecture, design, or the wider built environment sector, a record of securing complex projects, strong UK market knowledge, commercial awareness, financial acumen, leadership skills, and excellent stakeholder and presentation capabilities.
