A highly desirable international design studio is seeking an organized and proactive Project Accountant to manage the financials of various large-scale design projects. Responsibilities include providing operational and financial data, producing reports, project analysis, budget management, forecasting and planning, revenue recognition, contract and proposal reviews, client billing, expense and payment oversight, project meeting insights, and end-of-project reviews. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in accounting, proven project accounting experience, experience in the architecture, design, engineering or built environment, analytical and meticulous working habits, clear communication of financial information to non-financial professionals, and a collaborative, positive approach. Experience with Deltek, Ajera or Vantagepoint is beneficial.
