Full-time role supporting youth ages 13 to 21 through treatment planning, case management, family-centered practice, Individual Service Plans, case and discharge conferences, coordination of psychiatric, psychological, medical, and dental services, staff training, clinical support, crisis management, and on-call participation. A master's degree in social work or a related field is required. At least one year of clinical experience is preferred. A valid driver's license and transportation, strong writing and computer skills, and excellent organization and time management skills are required.
