Oversee foster family recruitment, develop recruitment materials, participate in community and state foster care and adoption initiatives, support prospective foster families, and build community relationships. Responsibilities include developing recruitment plans, coordinating campaigns and social media content, representing the agency at events, screening prospective families, coordinating orientations, guiding families through application and licensing, conducting SAFE home studies and recertifications, tracking recruitment data, preparing reports, and maintaining required documentation. A BA or BS in a related field, strong communication, public speaking, event organizing, networking, writing, organizational, and time management skills, a valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and personal vehicle are required. One to three years of foster care recruitment, communications, or marketing experience is required. Pay is $54,000 to $57,000 annually, paid at an hourly rate.
