Work as part of the FCCP team to partner with families and empower them toward self-efficacy. The role includes flexible scheduling with some evenings and weekends, strength-based and family-based services, engagement with child welfare and other systems, participation on Family Planning Teams, coaching and education, crisis stabilization, confidential documentation, and required training. A high school diploma or GED, personal experience receiving services from the Rhode Island child welfare or juvenile corrections system, experience raising a child with serious emotional disturbances or developmental disabilities, a valid driver's license, and a personal vehicle are required. Qualified candidates may receive a $750 bonus at 90 days after successful completion of the introductory period and a monthly retention bonus of $694.00 for full-time employees. Hourly rate is $20.00 to $20.50.
