Conduct initial diagnostic assessments and provide ongoing individual, family, and group therapy to identified clients. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, making referrals, coordinating with service providers, obtaining insurance authorizations, maintaining case records, participating in supervision and on-call rotation, providing crisis intervention, and supplying billing information. At least two years of supervised practice, licensure in social work or a mental health related field, and approved insurance credentialing are required.
