Join Rehab Management's 12-month Graduate Academy, commencing in late January. The structured program includes a comprehensive induction, formal learning, on-the-job shadowing, mentoring, professional development and training. Graduates receive supervision opportunities with full registered members, internal training, buddy and mentor programs, and support through webinars offered by ASORC and RCAA. Role activities include vocational assessments, initial assessments, return-to-work programs, vocational counselling, counselling interventions such as adjustment to injury counselling, transferable skills and labour market assessments, job canvassing, redeployment and new employer programs, and job search training and client support.
