Drive business growth through new partnerships, strategic account management and customer development across the Psychological Services division. Responsibilities include securing new employer partnerships, growing existing customer relationships, building relationships with HR, People and Culture and executive stakeholders, driving engagement and utilisation of EAP, workplace mental health and psychological wellbeing services, analysing workforce and utilisation data, and leading tenders, proposals and partnership opportunities. Applicants should have experience in Psychological Services, EAP, Workplace Wellbeing, Occupational Rehabilitation or the health sector, along with business development and account management experience, commercial acumen, confidence presenting to executive audiences, and experience managing tenders, proposals and partnership growth strategies.
