Join the 12-month Graduate Academy, which includes a comprehensive induction program, formal learning, on-the-job shadowing, mentoring, professional development and training. Supported by expert practitioners, leaders and a buddy, Occupational Therapy graduates receive development support through a national discipline specialist, an internal OT network, monthly OT forums and senior OT support. The role includes ADL assessments across personal injury schemes, ergonomic assessments, ADL functional upgrading after motor vehicle accidents and workplace assessments in the life insurance sector.
