Join the 12-month Graduate Academy, commencing in late January. The structured pathway includes a comprehensive induction program, formal learning, on-the-job shadowing, mentoring, professional development and training. Psychology graduates receive internship session observations, monthly group supervision, support from the National Psych Services Manager, ad hoc one-on-one support, debriefing, risk assessment and management support, psych report reviews and COPP. Services include EAP, WFA Allied Health Program, DPFEM health coaching, adjustment to injury counselling, workplace facilitated discussions, psych training webinars, IQ assessment services, psych initial needs assessments, psych functional capacity and workplace assessments, and psych job task analyses.
