Provide administrative support to associates and partners. Responsibilities include serving as the administrative point of contact between attorneys and internal or external clients, answering calls, preparing and editing documents, arranging travel, maintaining calendars, processing invoices and expenses, proofreading time entries and client bills, managing business contacts, assisting with events and special projects, notarizing documents as needed, and providing backup support for other assistants. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with one year of administrative experience. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, have strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, planning, research, communication, and interpersonal skills, work independently and as part of a team, and be willing to complete both high-level and low-level tasks. This is a non-exempt position with an annual salary range of $65,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience. Total cash compensation may be higher when factoring in gap pay, overtime, year-end bonus, and benefits.
