Details.

Manage all aspects of large-scale and complex matters, including organizing documents, assisting with depositions, managing pleadings, privilege logs and court filings, coordinating document productions, preparing trial exhibits and materials, conducting legal and factual research, and supporting attorneys at trials, depositions, conferences, arbitrations, mediations and hearings. Responsibilities also include maintaining case calendars and files, managing databases, coordinating internal and external resources, mentoring junior paralegals, and implementing litigation practice efficiency projects. Requirements include a bachelor's degree or ABA Paralegal Certification, at least two years of relevant experience, ability to travel as needed, proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Suite, fundamental proficiency with Lexis, Westlaw, PACER, PacerPro, iManage and other document repository systems, strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, and ability to work independently, collaboratively and overtime, including nights, weekends, holidays and out-of-town trials. This is a non-exempt position with an annual base salary range of $75,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. Total cash compensation may also include gap pay, overtime, year-end bonus and benefits.
