Selendy Gay's Summer Associate Program is designed to closely mirror the lives and opportunities of its associates. Summer associates do real work for real clients and work alongside partners and associates on active case teams. The program offers flexible assignments, in-depth mentoring, regular feedback, trial, writing, business development and professional skills training, and opportunities to meet clients, attend depositions and hearings, and participate in strategy meetings. The firm is building long-term relationships with summer associates to develop a skilled and motivated team for its trial practice and social justice work. The 2027 2L summer associate application is now closed. Information for 2028 summer recruiting will be posted later.
