The Selendy Gay Fellowship supports outstanding candidates from a variety of backgrounds through individually tailored training, mentoring, and post-recruitment support. Support includes dedicated time with partners, ongoing writing support from a professional coach, business networking coaching, training on managing up and cultivating personal leadership skills, and access to outside coaches. Fellows receive a $50,000 payment made in tranches. The application for the 2027 Summer Associate Program is closed.
