St. Nicks Alliance is seeking a part-time custodial/janitor maintenance worker to work Monday through Friday from 4pm to 9pm at its Main Office in Brooklyn. The role supports Facilities Management by cleaning classrooms, hallways, restrooms, lounges, offices, stairways, windows, walls, ceilings, furniture, vents and doors; cleaning drains; emptying wastebaskets and taking out trash; replenishing restroom supplies; preparing the kitchen and cafeteria; clearing snow from entrances and sidewalks as needed; and delivering supplies and materials. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 to 2 years of maintenance experience, English communication skills, and great customer service. Compensation is $20.00 per hour, with paid sick time.
