Details.

Lead and drive multiple affordable housing projects, including new construction and rehabilitation, from inception through stabilization. Responsibilities include strategic development, financial modeling and oversight, due diligence, financing and contract negotiations, project scheduling, development team management, risk mitigation, government and senior management communication, community engagement, construction oversight, change order approvals, status reporting, and construction requisitions. The role requires a master's degree preferred, or a BA/BS with 5+ years in a related field and substantial experience in real estate development, urban planning, architecture, construction, finance, property management, or community development. Candidates should have proven project management experience, advanced analytical and quantitative skills, fluency with affordable housing programs and policies, strong organization and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
